classic playlist
since latley i tend to be more of a singles type of chick than a full album gal, this is one of my favorite playlists i've put together and can often be found bobbling my head to it. i suppose i should be really web 2.0 about this and create an imix or webjay playlist so i can share it with folks. (nah, who has time for that)
Here's the list, in no particular order:
God Only Knows - The Beach Boys
25 or 6 to 4 - Chicago
Sunshine of Your Love - Cream
White Rabbit - Jefferson Airplane
All Day and All of the Night - The Kinks
California Dreamin' - The Mamas & The Papas
Magic Carpet Ride - Steppenwolf
Incense and Peppermint - Strawberry Alarm Clock
I Can See for Miles - The Who
So that's only 9 tracks, and I believe that a good rounded playlist shuld contain at least 21. I'm taking suggestions on the perfect tracks to round out this playlist, and I'd actully like it to go more psychedelic rock than pop with this.

Hm. Looking at the page you linked to, and off the top of my head, how about:
- Hanging Around the Day, Part2 (The Polyphonic Spree, "The Beginning Stages Of...")
- Sumer 68 (Pink Floyd, "Atom Heart Mother")
- A Day In the Life (Beatles, "Sgt. Pepper") or "Revolution" (Chairman Mao line always cracks me up)
- Bohemian Like You (Dandy Warhols, "Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia")
- And why not another Kinks track? Dedicated Follower of Fashion, or, if that's too fey, Victoria...
Best - SD

I second adding Jimi Hendrix. You can do psych rock without him.
