Gearing Up to Speak at Brand Camp University This Week

Thursday I'll be headed to Detroit to deliver a talk on Friday about "How Big Brands Use Social Media," at Brand Camp University. I join a fabulous roster of speakers:

SPEAKER: Hajj Flemings (@HajjFlemings) – Principal of Brand Camp/Author of ‘The Brand YU Life’
TOPIC: The Workplace of the Future: Where does your Personal Brand Fit?

SPEAKER: PR Sarah Evans (@PRSarahEvans) - President of Sevans Strategy/Founder of #journchat
TOPIC: Case Study of the PRSarah Evans – How to Make Your Personal Brand Stand Out Online

SPEAKER: Ari Weinzweig – Founder of Zingerman’s Deli
TOPIC: Zingerman’s 12 Natural Laws for Building a Great Business

SPEAKER: Peter Shankman (@PeterShankman) – Founder of Help A Reporter Out (HARO)/The Geek Factory
TOPIC: How Self-Promotion Will Save The World

SPEAKER: Wayne Sutton (@WayneSutton) – Business Development/ Marketing Strategist for TriOut
TOPIC: Why brands, entrepreneurs, and the rest of the web should care about rise of location-based services

SPEAKER: Olivier Blanchard (@TheBrandBuilder) – Principal of Brand Builder Marketing
TOPIC: Corporate & Personal Brands: Conflict, balance, and Best Practices

SPEAKER: Cd Vann (@thatwoman_is) – Founder of unGeeked e’lite Retreats
TOPIC: Authentic. Transparency. Professionalism

To say that I'm stoked would be an understatement. I feel I'm going to learn twice as much as I'll be sharing. And that's not saying that what I share won't be worth it, but this is definitely a great line up featuring very useful information. And if you know me, I'm still working on my power point, so if you have anything to say about how big brands use social media (across any function), please send me a note or drop me a line in the comments. Your case study or insight just might make it into the final presentation.
