not at all q, my title is new media manager - i am not a designer or a producer - i manage vibe.com, but also project manage both vibe and spin mobile applications - with a producer/designer i'd be able to devote more time to overall editorial strategy (which also includes assigning stories, crafting vision for integrating stuff from the magazine in a creative way, editing, and some writing), building content partnerships, building community features, biz dev, marketing, and integrating print mag, sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships visions into the new media space - this person will do more design and programming and overall production - this is for someone who can come in and graphically represent these visions and also work to build the backend tech processes required to make things function and bring more interactivity to content features - also this person would have nothing to do with our mobile/wireless program - this person is not at all required to have an editorial background nor would this person be responsible for deciding what the content is
